Introducing QuarrySanitizer: helping keep your home and workplace safe
QuarryBio’s core mission is to help alleviate human suffering through research and innovation conducted in our laboratory located in Tallahassee, Florida. Although we have historically pursued this through partnered research projects aimed at discovering and developing new drugs, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic challenged us to identify more immediate ways to serve the local and regional community. We quickly determined that providing hand sanitizer would be an effective way to use our skills and facilities to help “flatten the curve.”
We have since provided hand sanitizer and sanitizing solution to federal, state, and local government agencies, businesses, health care facilities, non-profit organizations, and individuals across the city, state, and country. This includes first responders in the military, law enforcement, and health care providers. As our mission is to flatten the curve in any location that we can reach, this has at sometimes involved providing hand sanitizer and sanitizing solution to organizations hit hard by the pandemic at prices below our cost to make, sometimes even for free. Although financial realities will unfortunately not allow us to provide hand sanitizer to everyone for free, we have thus far found a way to provide sanitizer to everyone that has asked.
Especially as the economy starts to reopen, we are committed to continue to provide hand sanitizer to those that need it, and are expanding our offerings to include spray bottles in multiple sizes.
